Definitions

Active Referral

Active referrals are referrals currently in process without a resolution of either Rejected or Admitted.

Admission

The event in which a referral starts the program it/they have applied for. An admission occurs at the end of the Queue stage. Other common terms/synonyms for an admission include, but are not limited to:
  1. Start Date
  2. Placement
  3. Intake Date

Point Person

A Supportable user involved with the Intake Process defined by their role.

Queue

The final stage of Supportable where referrals are staged for Admission.

Referral

An instance of a person whose case has been submitted to an entity through Supportable. A referral is submitted through a respective entity's referral form, then directed to and processed through the Intake module.

Resolved Referral

Resolved referrals are referrals with an ultimate outcome, meaning Rejected or Admitted referrals.
