Referral Details

What is Referral Details?

The Referral Details screen is the hub for navigating to, viewing, and inputting the most granular information about the referral you are currently viewing and the person associated with it. This is where much of the day-to-day work gets done in Supportable.

If you imagine a referral represented by a binder of information, the Referral Details are all the tabs that make up that binder.

The Referral Details screen is broken down into several tabs based on the User's Role
