What is a User?

A User is a person who has access to Supportable. A User can perform various actions based on the permissions defined within the Role they've been assigned.

Types of Users

Standard Users

Org-Admin Users

Admin Users can perform additional actions within Supportable and can only be created through the submission of a ticket. Additional actions include all features outlined in the articles of this Administrative section.
